1.2 Buyer
The buyer is identified by the name, delivery/billing address, phone and email entered at checkout.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations for products ordered electronically from www.leras.com.tr.
Article 3 — Products
Product type, quantity, code, unit price, VAT-inclusive total, payment method and addresses are confirmed on the order summary.
Article 4 — General
- The buyer confirms product essentials, price, payment/delivery info and seller identity before purchase.
- Delivery occurs within 30 days via the seller’s courier to the stated address.
- Goods must match the ordered quality and quantity.
- Force majeure may delay delivery; cancellations are refunded within 14 days.
- Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation.
- Cut-to-length / custom textile orders may be excluded from withdrawal under applicable rules.
Article 5 — Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify by phone/email/fax and return unused goods with invoice to the return address. Return shipping via the seller’s courier is borne by the seller.
Article 6 — Exclusions
- Custom-made goods
- Goods mixed after delivery and inseparable by nature
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene once opened
- Instant digital services/goods
- Other exclusions under the Distance Contracts Regulation
Article 7 — Jurisdiction
Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place of purchase or residence, within statutory thresholds.
